Wire Joiner / Wire Tensioner

After years of research, we have developed and patented our very own Wire Joiners / Tensioners. Our slogan is: "Just adjust and tighten, and you are Through"! only is the rest of our life is this easy. Wire Joiners are similar to Gripple products, however we use our own patented mechanisms inside. It is a connector, joiner, splice, and tensioner for use on all types of wires. it eliminates the need for stretchers, ratchets, crimps, crimping tools, wire splices, and tying wire by hand. it operates like a Chinese finger trap with one-way locking channels. the wire / cablepasses through thewire connector in one direction, then ceramic rollers and steel springs lock the wire and prevent it from going back the other way. toprevent rust and corrosion on the exterior, theoutside shellis composed of a zinc-aluminum alloy. Internally, ceramic rollers are used to combat rust and corrosion. Z-Connector significantly reduce time and labor inputs because the wires are not hand-tied... we have customer using connector / joiner for vineyards, deer farms, goat ranches, horses and hunting ranches. comes in the following sizes: Small Wire / Cable: 2.0 - 3.25 mm mild steel plain wire or cable, 2.0 - 2.85mm high tensile steel plainMedium (14 - 10 gauge smooth, 15.5 gauge barb wire) Large (10 - 7.5 gauge smooth) We have our very own R&D and Mould departments, and recently have just adjusted Z-Connector 5062V series based on 1/8 inch CABLES from a large US customer. The initial trial by the customer proved that new 5062V Z-Connectors were able to hold the cable without slipping for weights up to 1700 lbs. The cable broke before it slipped for all tests. The entire Z-Connector series have also been certified by SGS to be able to hold wires / cables without having it slipped for weights up to 1300 lbs - 1700 lbs depending on the sizes.
